My story —

My journey in hair started straight out of school in Devonport, Tasmania. I’ve always had a passion for hair and beauty, and from the very beginning of my apprenticeship I knew I’d found something I truly loved.

After completing my training, I took a leap and moved to Melbourne, where I worked in a boutique salon as a colourist. My career there gave me the opportunity to work across so many different areas of the industry, from TV and photoshoots to working with models and creating hair and makeup for brides.

In 2016, I took another exciting step and began freelancing and working for myself. This gave me the freedom to build my own style, work closely with my clients and continue growing my craft.

Eventually, I found my way home to beautiful Tasmania, bringing all of those experiences with me. Opening my own boutique salon in Latrobe has always been a dream of mine, and it feels incredibly special to now have a space of my own on the North West Coast.

I love creating beautiful hair transformations, particularly colour and blonding, but for me, great hair is about more than just the finished result. I believe in creating a transformation while maintaining the best possible integrity of the hair — because healthy hair will always be beautiful hair.

My salon is a place to relax, feel looked after and enjoy the experience. After 16 years in the industry, I’m still just as passionate about creating beautiful hair and making my clients feel their absolute best.
